What is Jupley, exactly?
A personal assistant for your home that you talk to by text. You tell it what needs taking care of, it schedules vetted local providers, keeps you informed, and handles changes when you ask. There's no app to open: the thread in your messages is the whole thing.
What can I ask it to do?
Anything on the services list: set up gardening every week, add pool care for the summer, get the gutters cleaned before the rain, pause housekeeping while you travel. If it's not something Jupley does yet, it will say so and a person will follow up.
What does it cost?
Each home has its own price per service, set from its size and area. You see it as soon as you've told us about the house, before anything is scheduled or a card is given, and the same whenever you add a house or a service; the exact price is confirmed before anything is charged and is never above what you saw. You're charged after each visit is done, one flat amount per visit, with no contract. Skipped visits are not charged, and pausing a service stops visits and charges until you resume.
Who actually does the work?
Vetted local providers coordinated by Jupley. They get your address and access notes for the visit and nothing else. If anything isn't right, reply to the thread and a person will follow up.
Is texting required?
No. Texting is optional and never a condition of purchase. Without it you manage everything from the dashboard. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
What about my information?
Your number and your consent to receive texts are used only to run the service. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

Jupley sends text messages only to customers who opt in on a web form during signup at jupley.com/signup.
